This class covers SARGENT products, including mortise locks, cylindrical locks, exit devices, door closers and auxiliary locks This class emphasizes installation, including a detailed look at instruction sheets and templates, and hands-on practice installing SARGENT cylindrical locks and mortise locks. Also included is for in proper product maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting.

Claude Hollyfield, DAHC, Instructor

Claude Hollyfield is a Distinguished Architectural Hardware Consultant as certified by the Door and Hardware Institute. Employed in the door and hardware industry as a specifier and supplier for many years, he is familiar with selection, specifying, and installation of hardware for all types of projects. Currently, he is Director of Training for ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions, the sales and marketing division representing thirteen of the country’s leading door and hardware manufacturers.

Subjects Covered:

Tool Board Meeting Will be held at 5:30 p.m., after class is dismissed Saturday. All members are encouraged to attend.
